HTA calls for Welsh garden centre exemption as closure 'firebreak' set to begin and new support schemes launch

The HTA has written to Welsh economy minister Ken Skates, the Welsh Government’s Economy Minister, expressing its "great disappointment at the decision to classify them as ‘non-essential retail’", requiring them to close from 23 October for two weeks.
