The first, Profiting from Garden Retail, will be held on 27 February at the Hilton, in Bromsgrove, Birmingham. It builds on the Selling Plants Profitably conference, which was held last year, and will focus on content and lessons designed to help increase sales of manufactured goods.
The one-day events replace the traditional two-day conference. They are designed to complement the expanded range of HTA workshops and training events being created.
The other one-day events planned are Garden Centre Marketing (mid-June); Garden Centre Catering (early July); Strategy and Management (mid-October); Gardening and the Environment (early November); Management and Motivation (January 2009).
