Christine Howard, managing director of Howard Nurseries, Wortham, Norfolk is taking on the #ConquertheCold challenge to raise money for The Blossom Charity.

On Friday 2 December, she will brave the icy waters of the natural pond at Abbey Hall, Eye, Suffolk.
