Alliance Homes (NSAH) is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for three years with the possibility of two extensions of two years each.
The tender is worth from £950,000 and @3,200,000 (ex VAT).
This procurement is being undertaken using the Open Procedure of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The tender will run from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2027.
The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 1 December 2023.
