Housing association offers major grounds maintenance contract

West Kent Housing Grounds Maintenance Contract will run for 10 years.

The delivery of grounds maintenance services to schemes and estates owned and managed by West Kent Housing Association.

Up to £13,500,000 will be paid out over the duration of the contract - or £700,000 - £900,000 annually. The total contract value is subject to review so not guaranteed, and is also subject to inflation.

The contract should start in May 2023 and will be subject to annual reviews by the housing association.

It will run for a period of ten years with the option for renewal for an extension of up to a further five years.

The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is 14 November 2022.
