The event will take place on 8 November at Aberglasney Gardens, Langathen, Carmarthenshire and hopes to attract guests from all sectors of the supply chain.
The show aims to be a good networking opportunity, linking up ornamental plant businesses with suppliers from across South Wales.
Industry specialist and horticulture consultant David Gale will talk to visitors about ‘How to get the most from local sourcing’. Participants will also be able to take a tour of the garden led by Aberglasney Gardens head gardener Joseph Atkin.
The event is free and opens at 10.00am with refreshments and lunch provided. A similar event took place earlier this year in North Wales.
The Horticulture Wales project has received funding through the supply chain efficiencies scheme of the Rural Development Plan for Wales. This scheme is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
