Homebase MD to launch new garden concepts

Homebase MD Paul Loft will launch a new proposition for the DIY/garden centre chain next week at a state-of-the-art re-opened store in Aylesford, Kent.

Loft will give an update on how the chain's plans have progressed since its interim results posted October 2010 and will show off product and service developments.

Total Homebase sales at £458m covering the 13 weeks from 27 February to 28 May 2011 were in-line with last year.
