Next June's inaugural GreenTech horticultural techonology show in Amsterdam is likely to feature a "high profile British pavilion", according to the Commercial Horticultural Association, which supports UK exhibitors at such events.

The bi-annual show will fill the gap left by the now defunct Horti Fair, last held in October last year, and will focus on themes of sustainable water and energy use, and "bio-based applications for horticultural products".

CHA manager Stuart Booker said: "We have been working with the event organisers over recent months, and have also successfully obtained UK Trade & Investment support for the exhibition, meaning eligible companies may be able to reclaim grant support of £1,500 against their costs of exhibiting at this event."
