Intercom has suggested they be used decoratively in haute cuisine and confectionery.
They were originally developed by a young Australian entrepreneur, Josh Engwerda, who has patented the moulds. The fruits were launched on the Australian market in 2010.
"We visited our partners in Spain and are very impressed with their operations and their ability to service the EU market," said Engwerda. "We feel that Seduberries have global potential."
