The awards were created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across a variety of industries and disciplines.
Finalists in each of the categories will present their entry to a team of specialist Judges at The Park Plaza in London on Friday 25 September. After the judging has taken place, the winners will be announced during a gala luncheon.
Ground Control is a finalist in the ‘Automotive, Travel and Commercial Service Providers’ category.
