Garden Centre Group to update back office systems with omnichannel aim

The Garden Centre Group has selected K3 Retail to supply Microsoft Dynamics AX to "support their roadmap for growth in becoming a true omnichannel retailer".

Microsoft Dynamics AX will replace existing legacy financial and merchandise systems, including back-office and buying, allowing the retailer to modernise its approach and improve the customer offering.

The platform also has the scalability to support expansion. 

K3 Retail sales director John Little said: "K3 Retail is delighted to be working with The Garden Centre Group. We have extensive experience in the gardening sector, this teamed with AX for retail will provide them with the knowledge and functionality to transition into a true multichannel retailer."
