Five mower suppliers bag Lanarkshire contract

South Lanarkshire Council has appointed five different companies to supply ride-on mowers and associated equipment for its Land Services Maintenance staff.

The contract, worth £458,388, will be divided between the following firms:

Bryson Tractors - Lanark
AA Trading Company - Cooper, Fife
Fairways GM Ltd - Kenross
Hamilton Brothers Engineering - Bishoptown
Alec Mc Dougall Mowers – East Kilbride

Twelve contractors applied for the contract.
