Fermoy's raised thousands of pounds for charity as part of Abbfest, held late last month.
Fermoy's development manager Sarah Dumont said: "We were 50 per cent up on last year. This year has exceeded expectations. It has been a phenomenal success.
"On the Saturday we took almost £30,000 cash and you could not move for people.
"All the stall holders were really busy and some could not come on Sunday because they had sold out. The hog roast cooked five pigs."
The main event, which raised £20,000 for local charities last year, had live entertainment laid on throughout the weekend.
In the summer, 10 schools were given £250 worth of seeds, compost and tools and were asked to design a vegetable garden.
Equipment, compost and seeds were donated by Suttons, Scotts, Mr Fothergill's, Blackspur, Pro Team and Burgon & Ball.
