Environment Bill paves way for plastic plant pot recycling - but secondary legislation will be required

Plastic plant pot recycling has been one of the biggest issues of 2019 in horticulture and the new Environment Bill, launched on 15 October, could mean councils have to recycle thousands of tonnes of pots that they currently send to landfill.
