Defra panel to review farming labour shortages - but omits ornamentals UPDATED

Defra has appointed former G's Fresh CEO John Shropshire to chair an independent review into labour shortages in the food supply chain alongside six food supply chain experts amid persistent calls for more seasonal overseas workers post-Brexit - but ornamental horticulture is not included in the review.
