Crop Protection Association makes neonicotinoid plea, one year on from introduction of moratorium
One year on from the introduction by the EU of a two-year moratorium on the use of neonicotinoid insecticides, the Crop Protection Association (CPA) has called for scientific evidence to be placed higher up the agenda in EU policy-making decisions alongside a move to a risk-based approach to regulation.
