Council says it "will not hesitate to prosecute" TPO violations after tree surgeon is fined

A tree surgeon who removed three lime trees protected by a Tree Preservation Order in a West Midlands conservation area has been ordered by magistrates to pay £835, while the property's owner will have to pay over £3,000.
