The Merseyside-based company said it had secured over £40m of long term public and private sector partnerships across highways, streetscene, tree & woodlands and hygiene divisions.

New customers include the Shropshire Highways Alliance, Social Landlords Magenta Housing and social landlord the Guinness Partnership, along with Oldham Council, Merseytravel and Peel Ports Group.

Chief executive Dave Dargan said: "The growth we have achieved is testament to the strong culture we have in the business and the dedication our people have to delivering great services.

"The new wins catch the headlines; however, we have also re-signed contracts with our existing customers, some of which we have been working with for over 15 years."
