Consultancy appointment to take forward fresh produce carbon footprinting scheme

AB Sustain, the sustainability consultancy division of AB Agri, has appointed Mark Moody to head a new carbon footprinting scheme for the fresh produce sector.

The scheme will cover 30 different produce categories under the three headings of soft fruit, orchards and field crops.

Moody previously worked for AG Thames, Utopia and other importers and pre-packers. A graduate of Harper Adams University College, he has a strong interest in sustainability in agriculture.

AB Sustain specialises in working with clients to design, develop and deliver sustainable agricultural supply chain solutions.
