Christine Walkden to launch Clematis for Thorncroft

Thorncroft Clematis is launching a new variety at this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show with television gardener Christine Walkden.

C. 'Celebration' boasts large double-bloom flowers in pale blue with streaks of gold on the outer tepals, creating single blooms later in the season. The nursery also plans to sell copies of its new book, Clematis - An Essential Guide, written by founders Ruth and Jonathan Gooch.
