The British Standards Institute has awarded BALI the accreditation for the association's working procedures. Over the past eight months, BALI has worked to develop internal systems to ensure the standard of the services provided.
Chairman Richard Gardiner said: "This is a very proud moment because this achievement is a symbol of BALI's commitment to improving its internal standards and procedures for the long-term benefit of the membership."
He added: "Achieving this standard serves as recognition for the board of directors' vision of the association's future."
BALI will be assessed continually to ensure that management system standards are met.
