The office team will move in later in the year after the main peak of the season. The facility, built by Spectus Construction, is intended to improve efficiency and increase the volume of plants despatched.
The facility sits adjacent to the glasshouse and polythene production areas and will enable the use of electronic tugs to streamline the supply of finished plants.
"The development is part of a long-term plan to expand and develop the nursery," said managing director Geoff Caesar.
"It will improve operational efficiency and allow for increased production and sales, particularly through the busy spring period," he added.
An official naming ceremony to open the building is scheduled for July.
