Birmingham Open Spaces Forum to probe contractors' parks work

The Birmingham Open Spaces Forum is collecting information on the work of the city's parks contractors.

Members of the Birmingham Open Spaces Forum are to meet with the city's parks department to provide feedback on the work of contractors.

The contractors — Glendale and Quadron Services — won contracts in the spring to maintain the city's parks and open spaces for the next 10 years.

A team from the council's parks department also carries out some of the work on parks sites in the Northfield and Edgbaston constituencies.

Birmingham residents can contact the Birmingham Open Spaces Forum with comments about the standards in parks by emailing info@bosf.org.uk.
