The 'teabag' product replaces polystyrene containers used for B&Q bedding and is the focus of one 30-second TV advert.
Other adverts highlight B&Q paint and general DIY tasks.
Agency WCRS is behind the adverts.
B&Q marketing director Chris Moss said: "It's time to inspire people to get up off the sofa and unleash the gardener, painter and barbequer."
The campaign features B&Q's orange apron worn by customers engaged in DIY and gardening.
