Action brought against Tower Hamlets Council for five-year-old park death

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE), an independent regulator for health and safety in the workplace, is prosecuting Tower Hamlets Council for the death of five-year-old Alexia Walenkaki after a rotting log swing collapsed on her in Mile End Park on July 17, 2015.
