GreenVale has embarked on a £1.5m TV advertising campaign to promote its All Rounder branded fresh potatoes from today (Monday 3 February).

The 30-second advert, entitled "Potatoes that speak for themselves", will run for five weeks on ITV, Channel 4 and Sky.

It highlights their superior taste and longer freshness due to their paper bag packing.

GreenVale's head of marketing Leon Mundey said: "We believe that this ad, which is really good fun but which also communicates our key messages of taste and freshness, will deliver a real step change in consumer awareness and growth for the brand."

GreenVale All Rounder Potatoes are sold in 2kg bags and retail for around £2.50.
