Young growers given chance to win free trip with the Under 40s

Horticulture equipment supplier Pro Tech Marketing is giving young growers the chance to win a free ticket to the 21st Under 40s' Fruit Grower Conference in France.

Those wishing to enter the competition must be a UK fruit grower and available to go on the trip.

All growers need to do to have a go at winning the prize is join the Under 40s Facebook page - www.facebook.com/under40s.

Pro Tech maketing director Rob Tasker said: "We are very proud to sponsor this event; the conference itself is such a wonderful idea and the result of very hard work of committee members and volunteers. The tradition of this conference goes back many years and it is a great opportunity for the younger growers to learn new things and forge new friendships".

The biennial conference takes place later this month in the Loire Valley from 23 to 26 February.

This year’s theme is "Changing Crops for a Changing Climate"- and aims to help the next generation of fruit growers adapt their crops to the changing climate.
