Steinmeyer will stay for three months to hand over.

Jones was at Thorn before joining WWRD Holdings, which was formed to acquire certain businesses and assets of Waterford Wedgwood plc (in Receivership), including the brands of Waterford, Wedgwood and Royal Doulton and related assets. The acquisition was arranged and financed by KPS Capital Partners, a New York based private equity firm focused on investing in restructuring, turnarounds, complex carve-outs and other special situations.
