Winners announced at 2016 Bradstone Assured Awards

Bradstone has announced the winners of its national installer awards scheme, celebrating the achievements of its Assured members over the last 12 months.

The awards recognise landscapers who have demonstrated excellent levels of workmanship, design expertise and customer service with categories including Installer of the Year, Best Patio Transformation and Best Driveway Transformation.

Following entry nominations from both installers and their clients at the end of last year, a judging panel including TV gardener David Domoney and Professional Builder editor Terry Smith selected the winners from each category.


Best Patio Transformation – Contemporary

Winner: Living Gardens

Highly Commended: L. B. Landscapes Ltd


Best Patio Transformation – Traditional

Winner: Applefields

Highly Commended: Alpine Landscapes & Paving; PB Landscapes; Brackley Groundworks

Best Driveway Transformation

Winner: Reubens Landscape Design Ltd

Highly Commended: Paving the Way; Strong-Base Driveways & Landscaping 


Best Garden Transformation with New 2015 Bradstone Products

Winner: David Smith Brickwork

Highly Commended: Oakley Landscapes Ltd.


Apprentice / Employee of the Year

Winner: Veronica Williamson at Brymarts Landscapes Ltd


Installer of the Year

Winner: Ali Peat from Alfresco Landscaping Ltd

Highly Commended: Andrew Booth from Rufford Landscapes

Best Merchant Laid Display

Winner: Cotswold Paving & Landscaping

Best Use of Marketing/ Social Media

Winner: SRD Paving

Highly Commended: Arcox Landscaping


Toby Stuart-Jervis, Bradstone commercial director, commented: "We had an overwhelming number of entries this year, testament to the excellent work being carried out by our approved Assured installers. As well as celebrating the skills and experience of our members, the awards evening was a great opportunity to share best practice amongst attendees, and all at the end of another great conference."
