Wiedenmann Terra Seed

Wiedenmann UK's 1.6m seeding machine has a number of features to promote successful germination and save seed from being wasted.

The seeder's two rows of spring tines work like rakes to open the soil surface and a parallelogram-suspended seed brush applies seeds into the grooves. A trailed roller presses the seed for optimal germination.

Dial-set calibration discharges a precise volume and an agitator prevents seeds sticking in the hopper. Drift is reduced by the short distance between discharge opening and soil. Discharge automatically stops when the machine is lifted from work to transport position.

The unit fits the three-point hitch of most 25hp compact tractors or can be hooked onto the rear of Wiedenmann's Terra Float.
