VertiGarden picks up three Glee awards

The VertiGarden vertical planting system from KinderGarden Plants beat off all the competition at the Glee Awards show on Monday by winning three awards.

VertiGarden is a modular system of panels with built-in irrigation, which can be planted up to provide high impact displays for retailers and consumers alike.

The KinderGarden product, manufactured by Wolf Wall Systems director Ian Wolfenden, was the recipient of Glee's Special Award and awards for Landscape Innovations and Green Innovation.

Judge Steve Bradley said it was "possibly the most innovative product at this year's show."

Fellow judge Neil Pope added: "Following the success of the ‘growing up' trend, this product is ideal for the modern gardener.  As well as brightening up dull walls and fences it has also been designed to maximise the life of the plant through good moisture distribution and an innovative water recycling system."
