The Glendale Grounds Management owned nursery was broken into three times in the course of a week by vandals who slashed polytunnels and irrigation lines.
Coblands nusery manager Jo Dury said: "They slashed and cut the polytunnels and shade tunnels and they smashed up all the irrigation on about five or six beds outside so they caused quite a lot of damage at our busiest time of year. It's just annoying because it sets us back slightly; we will be able to supply our plants to people but still."
Insurance will cover the cost of the first break-in but the nursery will be left to pay for the rest of the damage.
Drury said a police investigation was ongoing and they expected an update soon.
The incidents occurred during the school half term week.
