Developed by Turfmech Machinery, it is a three-wheeled machine that gathers debris using an 80cm fully floating rotary brush/paddle collection head. The head is supported by a full width roller that follows contours closely for single-pass operation. Brush height and aggression can be adjusted to suit the material being collected.

Collection is into a 0.4cu m hopper with a high-dump facility that empties the contents at 1.4m for loading straight into trailers or turf work vehicles. Power comes from a low-noise Honda 20hp V-twin petrol engine and drive to the rear wheels is from hydraulic motors to provide infinitely variable forward and reverse speeds up to a maximum of 14.5km/h.
