For use on sports complexes, fairways or for renovation work, backfilling drainage trenches and maintaining shrub beds, the new CR7 Turfco wide-area top dresser and materials handler is now available from Ransomes Jacobsen.

The Turfco CR7 features a self-cleaning hopper designed for easy loading that handles wet or dry materials, including sand, lime, compost, stone, woodchippings, soil conditioners and grass clippings.

Turfco's Widespin technology delivers up to a 10.67m spread. An optional rear-mounted cross conveyor, with 180 degs swivel, allows access to tight and confined areas.

A patented three-position controller independently operates the belts and attachments and is intended to provide a clean application by turning on the attachments before the main conveyor. The spinner angle is adjustable up to 15 degs, up or down, allowing the material to penetrate deeper into the turf when required.
