Set to replace the Workman 1100 and 1200 mid-duty utility vehicles, the new MD and MDX machines have been designed with comfort and productivity in mind. Both models also benefit from the highest payload capacity in their class - 567kg and 748kg respectively.
The units offer a new coil-over shock absorber suspension that sees the front suspension supported by an independent A-frame design and the rear by a swing-arm.
The vehicles' advanced suspension is then combined with Toro's Active In-Frame twister joint to allow each axle to reach independently to the terrain. This means that all four wheels can maintain constant contact with the ground for better traction and stability.
Workman MD is powered by a 12hp Kohler Command Pro engine and the MDX by a 14hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard.
The machines are priced at £6,695 and £7,990, including VAT. Optional accessories include canopy and windshield.
