Area manager Gail Robinson said: "We’re delighted to see The Edinburgh Woollen Mill join the retail mix in Thirsk. We have a host of activity planned to celebrate the opening and we can’t wait to welcome visitors in the area to the store.
"The store launch coincides of the arrival of many of our spring lines as well as our new casualwear collection for men, One Valley, meaning there will be plenty of exciting ranges for customers to choose from for the season ahead."
The new store will feature Country Rose, Isle, Honor Millburn, P.G Field and James Pringle ranges.
The retailer will also stock popular label Harris Tweed as well as a full range of accessories.
As part of one of the UK’s largest high street chains, the Thirsk store will join a portfolio of 380 Edinburgh Woollen Mill stores spanning the UK. Around 100 EWMs are in garden centres.
