Kenya-based Savannah International, is the former North America supplier of Terra Nova Nurseries’ unrooted cuttings, and will continue to hold a licence to sell them outside North America.
Terra Nova said delivery time problems caused by construction at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya caused the change to work with Dümmen Orange.
This led Terra Nova Nurseries to seek new supply systems for cuttings to its global licensee and customer base.
Terra Nova co-owner Ken Brown said: "Extending our unrooted cuttings programme partnership with Dümmen Orange is particularly beneficial due to the organisation’s stability, business-to-business computer integration, history of consistent order fulfillment, and diverse delivery systems.
"Simultaneously, Savannah International will continue to supply quality unrooted cuttings of our stock beyond North America."
