Grounds Maintenance of Housing Estates and Amenity Areas Contract

Lewes District Council is inviting tenders for the Grounds Maintenance
of Housing Estates and Amenity Areas Contract. This contract will cover
grounds maintenance works as included below, in Lewes, Seaford,
Peacehaven, Telscombe, Newhaven and rural villages.

The contract is due to commence on 1 January 2011 for a period of ten
years.

Works within the contract will include:
• Grass Cutting • Hedge Maintenance • Shrub Border Maintenance
• Leaf and path sweeping • Weed control on hard surfaces
