The company has been appointed by Redrow Homes to work on designing the site infrastructure and landscaping for one of the villages in the city. The 38ha Ebbsfleet Green will include roads, parks, community allotments, tennis courts, a school, sports pitches and 950 homes.

It will be one of a number of villages that make up the 400ha garden city, which is likely to take around 20 years to complete.

Ebbsfleet Green will offer a mixture of traditional and contemporary homes, and will be released in five phases, with planning permission for the first 181 homes expected this spring.
