The landscape design company planted over 40 different species to transport visitors into a relaxing subtropical island retreat, as part of the John Lewis #findyoursummer campaign.
More than 80 people worked on the tropical haven, installing over 1000 hand-planted plants, shrubs, trees and grasses. The space features many mature and long-blooming plants to provide colour to last all summer, starting with vivid orange gazania and purple osteospermum flowers.
Come July and August the garden will be peppered with rudbeckia and hot orange and red crocosmia, while bamboo and pittosporum create shelter for more delicate plants including Musa.
Reclaimed driftwood has been speckled throughout the garden, along with a seating area for "tropical holiday" snaps with friends.
The space houses a variety of pop-up shops disguised as colourful, weathered beach huts, with tall palm trees completing the retreat feeling.
The Roof Garden is accessible through the fifth floor shop and is open daily from 10am - 8pm (Sunday 11.30am - 4pm).
