Best new plant at the show was awarded to Ball Colegrave for its Osteospermum 'Serenity Blue-Eyed Beauty'.
Marketing manager Stuart Lowen said the plant was ideal for retail patio pot sales. It has early timing and dwarf habit.
Best new product at the show was Melcourt's SylvaGrow multipurpose.
SWRG committee chairman David Jackson said: "It's fantastic news that the show was so warmly received by both exhibitors and visitors."
Albion Plants owner Brenda Huggons said: "SWRG proved to be an excellent platform for us. This year we took a lot of orders on the day and business has been brisk since."
Next year's show is at Matford Centre, Exeter on 7 October 2015.
