SLANT landscape competition winners announced

The winners of the SLANT Open International Landscape Design Competition 2015, Testing the Water, have been announced.

Chris Hardy, from the UK, won the competition with his "Ground H2 zer0" design, a public space that both celebrates water and educates the public about the effects of climate change.

SLANT is a non-profit organisation that recognises and rewards work from across the design world.


First Place: "Ground H2 zer0" by Chris Hardy (UK)

Second Place: "Floating Garden" by Wiktor Klyk (Poland)

Highly Commended

"pPod" by Daniel Jeffs and Paul Morsley (UK)

"WATER PROMENADE : A Walk Through Nature" by Lydia Giokari Vasileios Chanis (Greece)

"Digital Coastal Floods" by Cristina Jorge Camacho (Spain)

"Tilt-Shift" by Arista Jusuf (USA)
