Sinclair, which replaced Peter Rush with Stuart Burgin last month to complete setting up its new £50m site at Ellesmere Port, has taken on extra staff, including 24 forklift truck drivers.
Ellesmere Port head-count (salaried plus hourly paid) has risen from 57 to 118 over the past 12 months.
After initial teething troubles, the factory is now running to schedule and the company will by the end of April publish its Transformation Plan.
Three shifts a day for six days a week are running.
