Chris Sharman joins the company after previously working for the national charity MacIntyre, managing grounds maintenance services delivered by disadvantaged adults in partnership with local authorities.

Sharman’s role at Shed will be to oversee the operations side of the business including work scheduling, site auditing, employee recruitment, training and ongoing management. He will also be responsible for some of Shed’s key accounts, holding regular reviews with clients and project managing additional one off schemes.

Managing Director Peter Botham remarked: "In recruiting Chris we are taking the next step towards achieving our goal of doubling our sales revenues within the next three years whilst continuing to deliver the highest service levels."

Chris Sharman added: "I’m delighted to be joining such a rapidly expanding company in the commercial sector. I’m looking forward to overseeing the fantastic work of our teams, further improving client relationships and increasing Shed’s overall sales."
