Seed company Rijk Zwaan holds open day

Seed company Rijk Zwaan, as part of its Brassica Year 2008, is holding an open day next Wednesday (16 July) in Kirton Holme, Boston, Lincolnshire for growers to see its latest range of brassicas.

A seminar, featuring talks from the chairman and vice-chairman of the Brassica Growers' Association, will take place on the day. Discussions include plant breeding, fertiliser use and the health benefits of brassicas. See www.rzbrassicayear.com.
