Garden centres welcome the Government's planned extension of Sunday opening hours as a critical boost for sales.
Outdoor heating supplier La Hacienda has taken legal action against a company called White Shores, enforcing its intellectual property (IP) rights after it said it discovered White Shores selling "inferior quality chimeneas under the La Hacienda brand name".
Sunday trading laws are expected to be suspended by the government on eight weekends from 22 July during the Olympics and Paralympics.
