The XPs are professional saws and the 346 is for professional logging. It is built to survive life in the commercial world, having a magnesium crankcase and a forged three-piece crankshaft.
A big brother to the CS-420ES, the CS-450 is the result of an upgrade from the CS4400 for exhaust emissions requirements. It has the same strong build as the 420 and benefits from the oil-saving clutch-related oil pump but does not have Easy Start.

A more powerful chainsaw, the 576 XP is intended for felling. It is solidly constructed with a magnesium crankcase. The underside is smooth, the starter cover rounded and the controls well protected. Clearly this saw has been designed to stand up to life in the woods.
