Discount retailers feature heavily, including Poundland's Chris Edwards and his son (£130m) and Home Bargains founders Tom Morris and family £3.05bn and B&M's Arora brothers (£1.92bn).
Focus founders Greg Stanley and Bill Archer featureat £115m and £125m respectively.
Trago Mills founder Bruce Robertson is worth £120m. The Range founder Chris Dawson is worth £1.75bn, up £100m on last year. Wilko founder Tony Wilkinson and family is worth £275m.
Salad producer Group Holdings founders John and Guy Shropshire are worth £165m.
Vegetable growers Alan and Ronnie Bartlett are worth £110m. The Earl of Iveagh and Guinness family, which oversee Elveden Hall and grow onions and potatoes among other assets are worth £854m.
JCB chairman Lord Bamford and family are worth £3.5bn.
Edinburgh Woollen Mill owner Philip Day is worth £1.05bn.
The Duke of Northumberland is worth £365m.
