The projects, supported by Nesta, HLF and the Big Lottery Fund, will draw to a close in December. The programme aimed to investigate a range of innovation methods and potential business models to help ensure parks continue to be maintained in the face of significant cuts to public funding.
While research into financial and other aspects of the programme is already being carried out, the chosen candidate will conduct more in-depth interviews with participants and stakeholders, looking for insights into the innovation process and different approaches to raising funds.
The resulting information is likely to be presented as a series of case studies in narrative form.
The full invitation to tender is available here (PDF). Tenders are due by midday on Friday 6 November.
