Rated People joins forces with APL to help vetted tradesmen

The Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) has finalised a partnership with Rated People as part of the benefits of being a member of the Government-endorsed TrustMark scheme.

Tradespeople who already use Rated People's review site can now join APL to help gain their customers' confidence and increase their chances selection to carry out work in their homes. The APL's close involvement with TrustMark helps to reassure homeowners they are working with tradespeople who are the best in the business, the association said.

Charlie Benton is a Rated People landscaper who has recently joined APL. Benton said, "I've built up my business and reputation as a landscape gardener through Rated People. It's been a great way to expand my contact base and find work quickly and easily.

"With Rated People, I was able to grow from being a sole trader to a small business. Now that I've joined APL, both my new and existing customers are presented with a recognised mark of credibility. This extra accreditation has been an invaluable addition to my existing bank of online reviews."
